User Agreement
Community rules
Last updated 7 November 2026
1. What this agreement covers
This User Agreement sets out how members are expected to behave in the PulseFitness community, including the forum, replies, likes, cheers, comments, shared runs and the leaderboard. It applies alongside our Terms of Service.
2. Be decent to other members
No harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, discrimination or sexual content. No targeted pile-ons. Disagree about training freely; never attack the person.
No sharing of anyone else’s private information, and no posting photos of other people without their permission.
3. Keep advice honest and safe
Do not present yourself as a doctor, dietitian or medical professional unless you are one, and do not give medical advice. Do not encourage extreme restriction, rapid weight loss, banned substances, or training through injury.
Share what worked for you as experience, not as a prescription for someone else.
4. No spam or selling
Do not advertise products, coaching, discount codes or your own channels without our permission. Repetitive posting, referral links and mass messaging are not allowed.
5. Your content stays yours
You own what you post and you are responsible for it. By posting you grant PulseFitness a non-exclusive, worldwide permission to store, display and format that content inside the app so other members can see it. You can remove your content at any time by deleting it or deleting your account.
6. Points, badges and leaderboards
Pulse points, badges, streaks and leaderboard positions are there to motivate you. They carry no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be adjusted or reset if activity appears fake, duplicated or manipulated.
7. Shared runs and feeds
You decide what you publish. Runs you share, including route and stats, can be seen by other members. Think about what you share: a route can reveal where you train or live.
8. Reporting and moderation
If something breaks these rules, report it to us through the Contact page. We may remove content, issue a warning, or suspend or end access. Serious breaches, such as threats or illegal content, may lead to immediate removal.
9. Pulse Pro members
A Pulse Pro subscription gives access to more features, not different rules. Breaching this agreement can end access to the community, and breaches are not grounds for a refund.
10. Changes
We may update this agreement as the community grows. Significant changes will be shown to you in the app for acceptance.
