Terms of Service
PulseFitness
Last updated 7 November 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and PulseFitness. By creating an account, or by using the app after signing in, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms, our Privacy Policy and our User Agreement.
You are asked to accept these documents once, before you can use the app. We record the date and version of that acceptance on your account. If we make a significant change, we will ask you to accept the updated version before you continue.
2. What PulseFitness is
PulseFitness is a fitness companion that builds a training plan from your goals, tracks workouts, nutrition, body weight and runs, suggests recipes, and connects you with other members through a forum and leaderboard.
3. Not medical advice
PulseFitness provides general fitness and nutrition information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional.
Calorie, macro and training targets are estimates generated from the details you provide. Always speak to a doctor or registered professional before starting a new training or nutrition programme, particularly if you are pregnant, injured, managing a medical condition or taking medication.
You train and eat at your own risk. You are responsible for using sensible form, weights and food choices, and for stopping if something hurts.
4. Your account
You need an account to use the app. You must be at least 16 years old, provide accurate information, and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
One account per person. Do not share your login or let anyone else use your account.
5. Pulse Pro and payments
Some features are free, and some require a Pulse Pro subscription. The features included in each tier are shown in the app before you subscribe.
Paid subscriptions are billed through the payment provider shown at checkout. Prices, billing periods and any free trial are shown before you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time through the store or provider you subscribed with. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are non-refundable. If a charge is wrong or a subscription fails to work, contact us and we will help you resolve it.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use PulseFitness to break the law, to abuse, threaten or impersonate anyone, to upload malicious code, to scrape or copy the app, or to interfere with other members. Do not attempt to access data that is not yours or to work around paid features.
We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms.
7. Your content and the community
You keep ownership of anything you post. By posting, you give us permission to store and display that content inside the app, which is what makes the forum and shared runs work.
Community conduct is governed by our User Agreement. We may remove content or restrict access where it breaks those rules.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep PulseFitness running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn, and the app may be unavailable during maintenance.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be presented to you for acceptance in the app.
9. Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, PulseFitness is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of data you failed to keep elsewhere, or losses arising from training decisions you made using the app.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen. Deleting your account removes your profile and the records you created from our servers, as described in the Privacy Policy. This cannot be undone.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you have a question about them, contact us through the Contact page in the app.
